images both Christ crucified and Christ risen. Christ's crucifixion is recognizable in the form of the corpus, yet the body is broken. Figuratively cross-sectioned, the form opens to reveal an outline symbolic of the open tomb of Easter. One is drawn through the openness of the resurrection back to the passion of Good Friday. The arms, and hands of Christ are separate, adding the ascending/descending presence of Spirit.

It offers a brief description of the artwork and there is space at the bottom for up to 3 lines (approximately 100 letters) of additional text should you be giving as a memorial gift. The 13-inch is a wonderful devotional size appropriate for home or office.

The 30-inch has been placed in both home and church buildings. It is mounted at about eye level where it is very effective in being both powerfully theological and yet approachably intimate.

The 48-inch commands a larger space and is best mounted at eye level or higher.


Although each piece is created from their same respective molds, it is the nature of the bronze casting process that each receive my individual attention in detailing and finishing. The introductory price is as follows:

13-Inch Limited Edition 9000/1000 AP* $1,600.
30-Inch Limited Edition 3000/500 AP* $7,800.
48-Inch Limited Edition 350/50 AP* $13,900.

*As each edition reaches completion, a smaller number of artists proofs will be offered at an increase in price.

Each bronze is signed and numbered by the artist.

The 13-inch requires only one small nail to mount. For the 30-inch and 48-inch , a template for drilling four holes into the wall is provided. Also indicated on the template is a level line and suggested mounting height. Mounting hardware suited to your type of wall will also be included.
